Ingredients – Serves 2:

  • 200 g of beef strips
  • 1 package of Riso Scotti Venere&Basmati ready-to-heat rice
  • 1 zucchini
  •  2 small carrots
  • the green part of 1 leek
  • about 1 cm of fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Cut the zucchini and the carrots into julienne strips, and the leek into diagonal slices, not too small. Set them aside. Meanwhile, sauté the olive oil with grated ginger. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes. Deglaze with soy sauce. Add the beef strips to the same pan and cook for another 5 minutes or so, until the beef strips are well done. Serve the beef with the vegetables, alongside Venere&Basmati rice. To prepare the rice, simply heat it in a pan for 2 minutes or alternatively in the microwave. Top the dish with some raw green onion if desired.
