1) Measure the water accurately, respect what is indicated on the package. You can use cold or hot water.
2) To cook, use a non-stick pan, preferably a saucepan. Not too loose so the water doesn’t evaporate too quickly.
3) Mix the risotto with a wooden spoon.
4) Add butter, parmesan cheese, and pepper to increase its creaminess.
5) Add some crispy speck or little pieces of bacon or ham, or crunchy fresh vegetables!
