INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:

- 90 g of rolled oats
- 120 g of berries of your choice (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, currants)
- 1 teaspoon of chestnut honey
- 30 g of mixed oilseeds
- 130 g of Scotti rice milk
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
PROCEDURE:
- Combine oats and milk, then stir
- Put the saucepan on the fire and let it cook. After 4 minutes of cooking, add honey and stir.
- Let it cook again until the desired consistency is obtained (adjust according to your tastes)
- Remove from heat, place in 2 bowls and garnish with fruit and oilseeds.
