Risette Muticereali and Quinoa contain Rice, highly digestible and low in fat – Quinoa, which provides fiber and minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, zinc -Corn, which provides vitamins B1 and B12 – Buckwheat, rich in proteins and mineral salts – Millet, which contains B vitamins and mineral salts.

Tahchin Morgh is a rice-based dish. It’s made of two parts: the lower layer, called Tahdig (Tah=lower + dig=pot), obtained by mixing chicken, saffron and the other ingredients and the upper layer made only of white rice. In Farsi, Tahchin means “spread at the bottom” and Morgh means “chicken”.

Paloo is the Kirgiz version of a dish that in the Central Asia is commonly called Plov. It’s made of pieces of meat (usually mutton or beef, sometimes chicken) fried in a big qazan (a cast iron cauldron) and mixed with fried chopped carrots, jiuicai (Chinese chive) and cooked rice. The dish is garnished with fried garlic cloves and red peppers. Shirin Paloo is a vegetarian dish where meat has been replaced with dried fruits, such as prunes, apricots and raisins.
