RISOTTO CARNAROLI

A traditional Italian risotto enriched by the extraordinary quality of our Carnaroli rice.

HOW TO USE:
Pour the content of the bag into a pot with 600 ml cold water. Mix and bring to a boil. Cook for 12 minutes without lid on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the water is completely absorbed. Add a dollop of butter and some Parmigiano Reggiano cheese for a creamier risotto.

THE NUTRITIONIST RECOMMENDS.

Ingredients: Carnaroli Rice 85,3%, rice flour, preparation based on cheese powder (Whey, cheese powder (milk, salt, rennet, whey), salt, flavorings), natural aroma, sea salt, whole milk powder, prepared with olive oil powder (olive oil, glucose syrup, milk proteins, natural flavourings), onion, champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), aroma, Summer black truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 0.19%.
ALLERGENICS
It may contain traces of eggs, fish, molluscs, shellfish, celery, soy and sulphites.
Gluten free.
