INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS:

- 200 ml of almond milk
- 1 ripe mango
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes
PROCEDURE:
- Cut the mango into cubes, removing the peel.
- Put the chopped mango, milk, ice and honey (optional) in the blender.
- Blend everything until you get a homogeneous mixture and serve.
